Do you remember this series!?
What catches your spying-eye radar!?

While helping friends, I’ve been inundated with episodes of this series, “Star Trek: Voyager”! Who knew a show about outer space would feature so many actual vehicles? This science fiction show was created by Rick Berman, Michael Piller & Jeri Taylor, originally airing between 01/16/1995 & 05/23/2001. Paramount Pictures commissioned this series after “Star Trek: The Next Generation” was terminated; they wanted this new series to accompany “Star Trek: Deep Space 9” & help launch their new UPN network (reminiscent of the company’s earlier plans to launch its own network by showcasing “Star Trek: Phase II” in 1977).
This series is the 5th of the “Star Trek” franchise, the 4th sequel to “Star Trek: The Original Series” & the 1st to include CGI technology for space scenes, as well as the 1st to feature a female captain as the lead character. Set in the 24th century (when Earth is part of a United Federation Of Planets), it follows the adventures of the Starfleet vessel USS Voyager, attempting to return home after being stranded in the Delta Quadrant on the far side of the Milky Way galaxy. During the show’s run, 26 books (including novelized episodes) were created; after the show ended, a series of novels to continue the vessel’s adventures was implemented in 2003. Earlier this year (2019), Nerdist ranked this show the 5th best “Star Trek” series, MovieFone ranked it the 5th best live-action “Star Trek” series, CBR ranked Season 5 the 4th best season of a “Star Trek” show (with Season 4 8th), & Popular Mechanics ranked this series the 36th best science fiction TV show ever. The cast includes Kate Mulgrew, Robert Beltran, Tim Russ, Robert Duncan McNeill, Roxann Dawson, Garrett Wang, Robert Picardo, Ethan Phillips, Jennifer Lien, Jeri Ryan, Josh Clark, Nancy Hower, Alexander Enberg, Manu Intiraymi, Scarlett Pomers, Martha Hackett, Brad Dourif & Raphael Sbarge. Guest stars is a virtual ‘who’s who’: Tom Morello, Jason Alexander, Ed Begley Jr, Robert Curtis Brown, David Clennon, Henry Darrow, Andy Dick, David Graf, Gary Graham, Gerrit Graham, Joel Grey, Lori Hallier, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Alice Krige, Sharon Lawrence, Michael McKean, Virginia Madsen, Marjorie Monaghan, John Savage, Lori Petty, John Rhys-Davies, Sarah Silverman, Kurtwood Smith, Scott Thompson, Susanna Thompson, Ray Walston, Paul Williams, Titus Welliver, Tom Wright, Ray Wise, George Takei, Grace Lee Whitney, Michael Ansara, Vaughn Armstrong & others.
