This is my favorite song of this group; it has been relevant in my life more times than I care to count. The tune hit the airwaves 06/08/1985, spent 21 weeks on the charts, 2 of those at its peak position of #3. The group’s 3rd release, this song immediately followed their 1st chart topper (1985’s “Step That Step”). While a pair of Top 5 tunes came in the mid-late 1980s (1987-8’s #2 “This Missin’ You Heart Of Mine” & 1989’s #5 “The Race Is On”), this band didn’t have sustained success until the 1990s.
