Coffee Cocktail:
Inspired by my 07/13/2017 personal status … Have you seen &/or played “Stadium Checkers”? Short version of story behind the question might be headlined “you think you know someone”. Long version: I didn’t know this game even existed until this date 2 years ago. Nephew was playing it. He asked me if I wanted to play, I did, & I won. According to my Mom, this was Gram’s (her Mom’s) favorite game in all the world, but I had NO idea. From at least late grade school until Gram’s death, the game she & I played the most by far was carrom; we even had a series going. Having played it once, I believe “Stadium Checkers” is not a game you forget. As much fun as it was, if I’d known about it, I can just about guarantee Gram & I would’ve split time between carrom & “Stadium Checkers”!
