“Now the days are so long that summer’s moving on, we reach for something that’s already gone … Of all the things I still remember, summer’s never looked the same; the years go by & time just seems to fly, but the memories remain” 

It really wasn’t all that long ago.  For a few years, maybe ~15 years ago, if you didn’t arrive at Beef Villa in S Elgin IL by ~4:30p, you weren’t going to easily find a place to park, no matter what kind of vehicle you were driving.  I miss those days & have been hoping (perhaps beyond hope!?) to help make Saturday nights at Beef Villa a weekend destination again.

Last night, 09/02/2017, we had a good group forming, but then clouds rolled in, several people checked radar on their phones only to see un-forecasted (ahem) rain rapidly approaching from the west, & people quickly left.  (The OC,SH original photo with this post is a teaser pic; check out all of the photos from last night & prior cruise nights via THIS LINK HERE.) I’m still not giving up & have extended the official OC,SH Beef Villa Cruise Nights through at least the end of September (& weather permitting, will extend into October & November)!  Will you join us sometime?
