Do you remember this series!?
What catches your spying-eye radar!?

“My Name Is Earl” was a sitcom that aired 4 seasons between 09/20/2005 & 12/16/2008. I’ve not seen any episodes of this show; however, I’ve seen the vehicles, particularly the (in)famous mid-1970s El Camino. Created by Greg Garcia, the series was originally offered to Fox which (somewhat surprisingly) turned it down. While set in fictional Camden County, Garcia has hinted that county is loosely based on Pimmit Hills VA where he grew up. Actual filming locations were all in CA: San Fernando Valley, North Hills (Palm Tree Inn Motel), Van Nuys, Santa Clarita, Northridge, Moorpark & LA. Despite being well-received by critics & audiences alike, NBC abruptly canceled the series without warning or explanation, denying Garcia the opportunity to end the series properly as he envisioned. Now in syndication & online, this series has 2 adaptations outside the United States: Greece & Turkey. The main cast includes Jason Lee (title role; originally reluctant to take a role in TV), Ethan Suplee, Jaime Pressly, Nadine Velazquez & Eddie Steeples. Other characters were portrayed by the likes of Beau Bridges, Nancy Lenehan, Tamala Jones, DJ Qualls, Alyssa Milano, Marlee Matlin & Craig T Nelson.
