2nd of 3 in an OC,SH original series, 1 of each of the “Big 3” (GM, Ford, Mopar), of the 1st 3 years of the 1960s: 1960, 1961 & 1962. All 3 are from the adult classic car coloring book from Nephew, colored by me with the colored pencils from Niece. The series, which started in last week’s “Friday Flashback” seen with more details via THIS LINK HERE, continues with the love-it-or-hate-it 1961 Chrysler 300-G.

If you can’t read the blurb at the bottom of the image: “At the other end of the muscle car size spectrum from the diminutive Corvette was the full-sized Chrysler 300-G 2-door hardtop, pictured above. Almost 19 feet long & weighing 4,500 lbs, this chrome-laden, big-finned beauty nonetheless could move very quickly. It was powered by the potent Chrysler ‘Mad Wedge’ 413 cubic-inch engine, developing an impressive 385 hp through dual 4-barrel carburetors. Possessing this massive power cloaked & disguised in the standard Chrysler body, a business executive could assume the role of street racer at any stoplight.”
