6 years & 3 days ago, I attended Rookie’s (Elgin IL) Cruise Night & snapped the below OC,SH original photo, 06/12/2011. 2 days earlier, I’d learned of the death of Gary Hartman, long-time friend, who died in a farming accident when his tractor rolled over on top of him. That made for a subdued weekend of cruise night attendance, but I still went & enjoyed myself. Life is just too short.
