My parents were going through files mid-01/2017 when they found this:

Since it isn’t addressed to anyone specifically, my parents believe this OC,SH original letter was written in hopes of obtaining a discount on central air conditioning for the home (which did not have A/C) they’d bought ~4 years prior. Ironic since I much prefer heat to cold temperatures. CHD (Congenital Heart Defect) awareness: CHDers vary in preferring cooler or warmer temps. I prefer as hot as possible.
