What catches your spying-eye radar!?

‘Walking Tall Part 2’ is the 1975 sequel to 1973’s ‘Walking Tall’, featured in last week’s “Theatre Thursday” entry via THIS LINK HERE. This 2nd part was directed by Earl Bellamy & produced by Charles A Pratt. The film depicted Sheriff Buford Pusser’s continuing 1-man war against moonshiners & crime syndicates after his wife’s death in late 1960s Tennessee. Joe Don Baker, who’d played Buford Pusser in the original, declined to reprise his role. The real Pusser had agreed to portray himself but died in an automobile accident before filming started. His death, including a view of the police report, was discussed at the end of the movie. The cast for this edition includes Bo Svenson (who took the title role after the real Pusser’s death), Luke Askew, John Davis Chandler, Robert DoQui, Leif Garrett, Bruce Glover, Dawn Lyn, Brooke Mills, Logan Ramsey, Lurene Tuttle, Angel Tompkins, Noah Beery Jr, Richard Jaeckel, Archie Grinalds & Allen Mullikin.
