9 years after 1976’s ‘Moving Violation’ (featured last week HERE), ‘Moving Violations’ entered theaters 04/19/1985. This comedy was directed by Neal Israel, who reportedly attended traffic school as research for the movie & wrote the script with Pat Proft, Paul Boorstin & Sharon Boorstin. The trailer featured several scenes & lines of dialogue not in the actual film, including a traffic school classroom scene with the offending drivers in which the classroom is smaller than that featured in the movie. The cast includes John Murray, Jennifer Tilly, James Keach, Brian Backer, Sally Kellerman, Ned Eisenberg, Clara Peller, Wendie Jo Sperber, Nedra Volz, Fred Willard, Lisa Hart Carroll, Nadine Van der Velde, Ben Mittleman, Don Cheadle (making his film debut), William Forward, Robert Conrad, Willard E Pugh, Dedee Pfeiffer & Michael McManus.
