Meet the vehicle of the dude affectionately known as the “back up jerk”….

Later in the day, 08/10/2010 [a diner I visited earlier this date in CT was featured last week HERE], friends (with whom I was spending the night in the Philadelphia PA area) & I drove to meet another friend in a mall parking lot.  We parked & chatted in a very remote section of the parking lot … so remote, my friends had the only 2 vehicles there.  Some time into our conversation, this white SUV pulled into the area of the parking lot we were.  A Dad & Son switched places so the Dad could teach him driving.  Cool.  Except, while backing up, the Son almost hit me.  I was taking a picture of my friends’ cars &, while I noticed the SUV slowly coming towards me, I didn’t think much of it, figuring he surely would stop before hitting me.  Such almost wasn’t the case.  Next thing I knew, I heard both of my friends yelling at the driver to STOP!  I scooted out of the way just in time.  A shouting match ensued between the Dad & my 2 friends.  The Dad & Son took off a bit later (with the Dad driving) presumably to go to another area of the WIDE open (empty) parking lot … but, instead, they took off down the road….  I took the photo just before they left.
