Photo by OC,SHer TOM G, who uses a background pic to provide depth of scale. The image is scaled to the vehicles, printed on heavy stock paper & placed directly behind the models. This is critical when shooting small, close-up items. “It’s something I came up with after some trial & error with background shots taken from old magazines,” Tom explained. “I’m always on the lookout for backgrounds & have some I haven’t used yet.”
