Special “Season Premiere” Week
The recent ‘semi-hiatus’ posts were all-new, but this marks the full schedule’s return. To see previously in “Flashback Friday”, CLICK HERE.

During the hiatus, I ran a series of Hollywood stars & their cars for the “From The Heart” segment 1 week.  I have a bunch more of these type of photos to feature now in this theme & “Memory Monday”.  The next 2 weeks, however, 09/23/2016 & 09/30/2016, I have some special photos to feature, including a photo from OC,SHer MICHAEL H!  Today’s entry is Bing Crosby with his 1939 Oldsmobile coupe convertible.

Crosby was a singer & actor, with a trademark warm, bass-baritone voice, which helped make him the best-selling recording artist of the 20th Century.  From 1946 until his 1977 death, Crosby was part owner of MLB’s Pittsburgh Pirates.  He released charted singles with well over 60 Top 10 tunes (1927-1977), appeared in various movies (1930-1974), was on several radio shows (1931-1962) & starred in TV series-specials (1948-1977).  Who doesn’t know him!?
