“Coast-to-Coast” Road Trip, 06/26/2011.
5 years ago this very date & day, I traveled from Pittsburgh PA to Pontiac IL. Before leaving Pittsburgh, I had breakfast with some friends; this is my rental 2011 Dodge Charger & a friend’s Oldsmobile Toronado:
I left PA ~9:15a US eastern & headed west. Stops along the way included Lisbon OH (Lincoln Highway), Canton OH (to see a friend, Ross, from several heart-related boards, who has since died) & Wabash IN (to see college friend & OC,SHer TAMMY W); I arrived in Pontiac IL ~9:40p US central.
