Do you remember this series!?

“Cold Case” aired on CBS, 09/28/2003 – 05/02/2010. Set in Philadelphia, the series showcased a Police Department division specializing in unsolved murder cases. In each episode, a new case was presented (received a new lead or direction to investigate) & through witnesses & evidence, the detectives solved the case; flashbacks & music provided background information & enhanced the story. After its 2003 debut, the show quickly became a Sunday night staple (& a favorite of mine); however declining ratings led to its cancellation after the final episode in 2010. The cast included Kathryn Morris (“Lilly Rush”), John Finn (“John Stillman”), Danny Pino (“Scotty Valens”), Jeremy Ratchford (“Nick Vera”), Thom Barry (“Will Jeffries”) & Tracie Thoms (“Kat Miller”). Similar to the CSI shows, “CC” could easily have been turned into a series of shows set across the country….
