MiniChamps 1/43 1957 Bentley S1 Continental:

For this image, OC,SHer TOM G used a photo of a Palm Springs CA residence as the background. This provides depth of scale, critical for photographing small, close-up items. He printed the photo on heavy stock paper, scaled to the car & placed the image directly behind the car for the photo shoot. “It’s something I came up with after some trial & error with background shots taken from old magazines,” Tom explained. “I’m always on the lookout for backgrounds & have some I haven’t used yet.”
