Synopsis of Month 2, Week 4, Days 1-3 (3 separate days, leading to 3rd of 4 fully-scripted episodes)

NOTE:
In writing the original storyline, Erika & I “glossed over” some parts to focus on the moving story arcs. Thus, when I mapped out the plot lines for the 3 months of airtime (for my Honors Thesis), some weeks lacked action-detail. This entry rolls through 3 days of actual “televised” episodes with every little description.

Month 2, Week 4, Day 1 (next day)
Steve’s investigation of Jenna’s murder focuses on Erika (who always hated Jenna) as the suspect, but Erika states Laura was at the school, too.
After much self-debate, Julia goes to see Amy to beg for her help to get back at Erika for taking Richie. Amy doesn’t like the idea at 1st because of Jenna’s murder; by now, growing public suspicion has cast potential focus on Alicia as the murderer. Julia reminds Amy that Erika had not approved of Amy’s affair with Jake, about which Erika had told Laura. Amy finally relents & she & Julia plot to get Matthew to hire Erika at KMAZ-TV.

Month 2, Week 4, Day 2 (next day)
With Erika’s statement about Laura, Steve centers his investigation on Laura (who always seemed jealous of Jenna).
Also, miscellaneous scenes between Jake & Laura, Desmond & Virginia & Donnie, Erika & Richie.

Month 2, Week 4, Day 3 (next day)
Steve reluctantly turns his investigation to the possibility of Jackie as the murderer because Jackie had thought Jenna was stealing from her restaurant at 1 point. Jackie objects to be investigated, saying her husband (Steve) should know she isn’t capable of murder. He eventually rules her out, but the investigation (now slowed to a stand still) has threatened their marriage.
Miscellaneous scenes involving Matthew & Michelle, Carl, Amy, Christine, Alicia, Michael & Cathy (preparing for tomorrow’s church service), Timothy, Adam & Barry, Tammy.
