Recently, I had a good laugh thanks to a photo shared by OC,SHer CHRIS L S, who teaches at a NJ high school. This year, she is teaching economics via a fictional town, complete with families, jobs, banks, etc.
Actual response 1 of her students gave on a recent pre-test:

Yes, humorous, but incorrect; however, before you give the student a hard time about the replies, consider how many adults probably would not answer either question correctly!  That is the real sad part, right?
