This song, written by Jeff Barry, Ellie Greenwich & Phil Spector, was recorded & released as a single in mid 1963; it peaked at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 & #4 in England. It was the trio’s only Top 10; only 4 other releases notched in the Top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100: 1963’s “Baby, I Love You” (#24), 1964’s “Breakin’ Up” (#39), 1964’s “Do I Love You?” (#34) & 1964’s “Walking In The Rain” (#23).
