OMC (Otara Millionaires Club) is a ‘1-hit wonder’ group from New Zealand, formed in 1993 by Phil Fuemana. This song was released 12/15/1995 as the lead single to the band’s debut album of the same name; it peaked at #4 on the Hot 100 Airplay, #1 on the Mainstream Top 40, #5 on the Adult Top 40 Tracks, #2 on the R&B & #20 on the Rhythmic Top 40 charts. Internationally, it topped charts in Australia, Austria, Canada, Ireland & New Zealand, while reaching the Top 10 in 4 other countries (Germany, Sweden, Switzerland & England). This song was featured in the movies ‘Palmetto’ & ‘The Parent Trap’.

O Town formed from the 1st season (2000) of MTV’s reality series “Making The Band”; the name derives from Orlando FL, though none of the members claim that city as home. This ballad, written by Wayne Hector & Steve Mac, was released 07/23/2001 as the 2nd single from the band’s self-titled debut album; it peaked in 2002 at #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 & #4 on the Adult Contemporary charts. Internationally, it notched in the Top 10 of 6 charts: Austria (#5), Canada (#5), Germany (#10), Ireland (#4), Switzerland (#9) & England (#4). The group’s only other Top 10 was 2000’s “Liquid Dreams”.
