NSYNC formed in Orlando FL in 1995 & launched in Germany; founding members were Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick, Joey Fatone & Lance Bass. This song, released 01/11/2000 as the lead single to their 2nd studio album ‘No String Attached’, peaked that year at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100 & #25 on the Adult Contemporary charts. Internationally, it reached the Top 10 of 14 charts. Other familiar songs from this band include 1996’s “I Want You Back”, 1998’s “A Little More Time On You”, 1999’s “Music Of My Heart” (with Gloria Estefan) & 2000’s “It’s Gonna Be Me”.

The O’Kanes is a duo of Jamie O’Hara (Toledo OH native) & Kieran Kane (Queens NY native) which had a very brief career in the late 1980s, consisting of 6 straight Top 10s. Their 1st release, 1986’s “Oh Darlin’”, peaked at #10. This song, their 2nd release, hit the airwaves 02/07/1987, spent 22 weeks on the charts & claimed #1. It proved to be their only chart topper; their last 4 Top 10s were 1987’s “Daddies Need To Grow Up Too” (#9), 1987-8’s “Just Lovin’ You” (#5), 1988’s “1 True Love” (#4) & 1988’s “Blue Love” (#10). Their last release was 1988’s “Rocky Road” which stalled at #71.
