Written by the band members, this song was released 11/11/1983 & peaked in early 1984 at #3 on the Billboard Hot 100; it claimed #1 on the Hot Dance Club Play chart, their 3rd chart topper there behind 1982’s “In The Name Of Love” & 1982’s “Lies”. This single notched elsewhere at #3 in Australia, #3 in Canada, #7 in Germany, #4 in New Zealand, #9 in Ireland & #4 in England.

After success in 1984 with “Doctor! Doctor” & “You Take Me Up”, this was was the 1st release from their 1985 album ‘Here’s To Future Days’. Written by Tom Bailey, Alannah Currie & Joe Leeway, the song was recorded in various versions. On the charts, it peaked at #6 on the Billboard Hot 100 & #14 on the Adult Contemporary charts. Elsewhere, it reached #13 in England & #8 in Canada. Later familiar songs include 1985’s “King For A Day”, 1989’s “Sugar Daddy” & 1991’s “Come Inside”.
